Return Process

  Contact our sleep support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to start the process.

  Verification and Approval

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it falls within the trial period and provide you with a return authorization number.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For mattresses, we will coordinate a convenient time for a local charity or recycling partner to collect the item directly from your home at no cost to you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed or smaller items are received at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
